Scandic Gateway is a very popular small hotel located inside Helsinki Vantaa airport. The hotel is handy because you can walk straight here from Arrivals without going outside. Why queue for taxis when you could be enjoying a drink in our Lobby bar or taking a rest in your quiet, comfortable room? The rooms are well insulated against aeroplane noise, although we are situated inside the airport. Our simply but freshly decorated rooms are all windowless, allowing you to be sure of a quiet night. If there’s a gap in your schedule, you can make use of our sauna — guaranteed to refresh you after a hard day’s work. Notice: From 21 November 2006 the expansion of Helsinki-Vantaa airport may cause noise within the hotel during day time (8am- 8pm). The repair is estimated to last 8 months.
