3. Contruction of the New Convention Center (capacity up to 600 pax) - Location: Behind the tennis courts.
**The current convention center will be turned into condominiums once the new convention facility is ready.
In order to minimize the possible impact of these constructions, sound and image retaining buffers will be used.
