Old postcards of Monza dating back to the 1800 show the hotel, named at that time Eden Hotel Savoy, already attended by a distinguished clientele. Today, as you walk through the wood framed glass doors and enter the reception area, you feel you have entered a grand house. The oak panelling, the Persian rugs, the variety of antiques, and the numerous old leather-bound books filling the bookcases immediately give guests a sense of warmth and the exclusive charm of a private residence. Since the Nardi family (hoteliers of note for three generations with a passion for excellence) took over the management of the hotel, in 1958, they have reached an incredible goal of setting Hotel de la Ville as one of the finest hotels in Italy. The 71 charming rooms are distributed among the main building (16 double superior and 39 single) and the new "Deluxe Wing" (2 suites, 2 junior suites and 12 double deluxe), obtained by the renovation of the splendid contiguous building dated end of 1800.
