A home far away from home... The Boutique Design Hotel Hollmann Beletage is situated on the mezzanin floor of a noble 19th century art nouveau house. Located in the very heart of historic central Vienna - embedded in an ancient past you are surrounded with modern convenience and elegance. Hollmann Beletage has a simple basic idea which it does share with many others but which is actually implemented only in very few cases: "Every guest should feel at home, far away from home!". How is this promise to be kept? There are some essential conditions, starting with the size of the hotel: 9 spacious to very spacious rooms in a neat, noble house that was built in the 19th century in the heart of Vienna's old town individually accommodates a maximum of 18 guests. From May 2006 there will be 7 more rooms in a fabulous design and a unique spa-oasis where guests will be able to withdraw from the city life. Embedded in an ancient past, Hollmann Beletage offers fine design furniture of high quality, a small library with selected books and CDs, a "Living Room" (not Lobby!) with open fireplace, a piano and living-room suites where you can dip into books, chat or just have a complimentary cup of coffee or tea. The spacious and bright "Bedrooms" know to impress with neat design and complete amenities and features. Starting with CD-Player, Cable TV, Telephone, Minibar, Safe, Complimentary WI-FI / WLAN and Hairdryer, Slippers and Bathrobe, nothing is missing. All rooms bear a certain surprising effect like in-closet-hidden bathrooms or completely open-in-room-integrated bathrooms. As patron Robert Hollmann knows his business (he is both an actor and a chef) every guest starts his day with an individual breakfast: Every wish is welcome, everything is possible. Moreover, one can also have business dinner for up to 20 people or soupe a deux at Hollmann Beletage. On national holidays guests are surprised with special offers such as a New Year's package with a Viennese New Year's breakfast or packages for Easter, Withsun...
